Refund policy

We are a made-to-order company, which means all products are produced only once they are ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team at Kristina@vivathlete.com and provide a clear photo/video showing the issue.

PLEASE NOTE: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

To start a return, you can contact us at Kristina@vivathlete.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please remember, all products are produced only once ordered. However, we understand that mistakes happen, so if you have a legitimate reason for wanting to return an item, send us an email at Kristina@vivathlete.com and we will be happy to work with you.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS:                                                                                                                                                                                                                             We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
